I've been waiting for over 2 months for a reply from this company. Purchased thru Etsy on the date of Jan 20th took forever to get ring. They print shipping label days before they actually ship. Ring gets here it's the wrong size. Waited until after wedding to have resized, good thing too because one of the main prongs broke the day of wedding... After getting the ring back with prong replaced the main stone is now crooked! Sent pictures to shop and they wouldn't even reply. What a wonderful way to do business considering our wedding day is only the most important...
