Zibus ripoff They ARE a Joke! Provo Utah

I absolutely agree with you - and can confirm it firsthand by also going through the same steps as you. However, when I began to ask 'too many' questions to a Ms. A. Fox, she got extremely annoyed with me, became rude and hung up on me.
Hey, IF I am going to spend over $5,000.00 up-front, $50.00 a month let alone the initial $19.95, I want to know what the heck I am getting. It's ALL too frustrating to list here, but after further research, consideration and rational thought, I would advise EVERYONE to not PAY to conduct business with them. You are NOT getting a 'Mini-franchise' as they stated. Due to what "I" beleive as borderline fraudulant & deceptive methods, I have begun the process to file a complaint with the Utah Attorney Generals Office for investigation and let them decide if their business practices are legal and/or ethical let alone mis-representing the manufacturers.
As a note: My company works with various credible Wholsale Dropshippers and have NEVER had to pay any costly 'up-front' fees to sell 'their' products to do business with them - just the cost of my own business, website & marketing expenses.
Also, here's a thought - Maybe the rebuttal from; Tracy in Salem, Utah works for them?!?!?!? in order to quickly defend them without experiencing any personal transaction with Zibus. However, I also live in Utah (please don't judge us all, we're not all out there working just for the money).

well i dont know what the whole problem is with zibus. the only reason i can think of that you are so bitter towards the zibus company is that you are jealous that you didnt come up with the idea first. and that you cant help other people make over $5,000 that is over FIVE-THOUSAND dollars, a month!!! i have a friend who is on the zibus program and he is making over $20,000 A MONTH!!! ya who out there that is reading this is making that mush a month? im willing to bet that 5,000 one time fee is worth it when you can make it back in ONE month. go and see what other businesses can make back what you owe in one month? ya none of them! EVER!!! i also have went to college for business and have pursued that field and now own a chain of my own businesses and i can tell you that the differance between business in the classroom and business in the real world is alot different. maybe you should have followed your major. because to understand how zibus helps others makes ALOT of money is pretty simple.

If you look on ebay's community pages there is a ton of negative crap on Zibus. The people who replied to my complaint probably work there. Why else would they reply? Notice how they're both from Utah. Zibus is in Provo. Zibus was rude to me too when I called them to ask questions. If they were "legit", they would answer questions happily and refund my ap fee like I asked them to do. I've posted negatively about them in more venues than just www.ripoffreport.com. Wouldn't it have been more prudent to just refund my money? The point I was making was regarding non-disclosure. I never said anything about the cost of starting a business. My major was business and I'm well aware of what costs are involved in starting a business. I just think it's deceptive to take people's money without disclosing such an important fact. If you're legit, tell the public what costs are involved. Pretty d**n simple....
