Zingo tel was a bad company to do business with there customer service was bad and rude complaints was not taken care of.
Below is an email from zingotel dated June 02/2007 asking for billing information which the service was disconnected over a year ago..
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your business. Your current Invoice is now posted to your account and attached as a .pdf file. Payments are collected automatically with the credit card on file for your account. If your credit card is current to date you are not required to do anything at this time. You can view your Invoice(s), update your credit card information and or make payment online by following the instructions below:
1. Go to www.zingotel.com
2. Select MY ACCOUNT link (top right)
3. Login with your PHONE or EMAIL & PASSWORD
4. Select the link BILLING
5. Select the link Pay Bill (update your credit card or make payment)
If the transaction was approved an e-mail will be sent to you as confirmation of payment.
