Zingotel did not provide the service they promised. The phone/modem never worked. They would not fix the phone issue or adjust any of the billing. I tryed to cancel the account 5 times and one month later they finally did it so. They took me for $30.00 for the modem, $3.00 for who knows what, $60 for the first month of no service and they say I still owe them $56.00 for a service never provided. They promised they could port my 4 business lines to their modem prior to any signing of any agreement (I have emails) and then they never did, they never ported one single line from December 2007 to March 2008. The charges where for a temporary number that they said they needed to port my business numbers... WHICH THEY NEVER DID. I even made a 3 way call with the local phone company and Zingotel to work out the porting issue details to no avail.

DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD THEY ARE FRAUDS. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR SERVICES THEY CAN'T PROVIDE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I HAD TO STOP MY CARD AT THE BANK TO STOP THE FRAUD. THEY ARE RIPOFFS I CAN'T TELL YOU MORE.
