It's really important that anyone who finds this review/complaint reads this very carefully. I was reluctant to write it and had a hard time when I was working with Roy Gonzales to find anything about him. So, I would like to help spare others, if possible. Not just clients. This is key -- if you are working with Roy Gonzales, or considering working with him --> read this and then proceed carefully.

There is no line I have not seen him cross between screwing over vendors, employees, partners and customers. He cares only about what makes him more money right now. Meaning, even if it seems like he's treating you well now. That could change tomorrow if he could make more money tomorrow by stepping on your throat. I was one of his favorites. Just saying.

This week, I had to fight to get back money he paid me for legitimate work I did because he disputed it fraudulently on PayPal - 4-5 months after we stopped working together. This is after I barely got out of that gig with my reputation due to his scams on my clients.

The contract between Roy Gonzales otherwise known as Zipp Charge and Zobily said that I receive 20 percent commissions for signing up clients up front, no later than 15 days. Upon the first client payment, we received the corresponding commission.

Roy Gonzales got confirmation of payment, then released the commission payments. These happened in October and November 2018.

Unfortunately, I was unaware at the time that he didn't, and as it turned out woudn't at any point, deliver what was purchased (business leads) to any of my clients -- or anyone else's clients either. For no further compensation for 30-60 days I worked with the clients to try to retain them and listen to Roy's lies about technical issues, new vendors and other fabrications and promises about the leads coming -- week after week. Eventually it was clear there were no leads being delivered and I learned that NO other sales reps on our current team had ANY leads delivered to ANY client - EVER. NOT ONE. After 30-60 days, the reps who had unsatisfied clients and got wise to what was going on would just disappear and the newer people were still in the dark who were on Sales teams.

Roy has a fake credibility built around him from supposedly working with big companies like Disney, Yahoo, Universal Studios doing HUGE monthly media buys - so no one is questioning the delivery delays and vendor issues beyond his excuses and smooth talking. Roy has a fast answer for everything. He is extremely charming and when you ask about issues he assures you everything is fine, then turns around and tells you about these amazing real-estate projects he's working on and multi-million dollar Disney deals. You see his mansion and the obvious money all around him so clearly he's very successful, you think. He must be telling the truth, right? So, I waited... and waited... and encouraged my clients to be patient, at the expense of my own reputation.

There are complaints being filed against Roy Gonzalez and he is/will be now being investigated by the attorney general, FBI, FTC and SEC due to his pervasive pattern of fraud. However, this has nothing to do with what I delivered, and was compensated for per my contract -not knowing that he could not, or would not, deliver to the customers. When I found out he was not delivering the service, I stopped working with Roy Gonzalez.

The contracts proved that I did sign up the clients successfully. PayPal ultimately sided with me. His fraudulent attempt to make them believe I didn't delivere a product was not legal or ethical and didn't work.

Don't let his smooth talking fool you. Even if he pays you to work for him, be careful. You may have to fight for that payment later when he tries to retract it or charge it back. You are dealing with a complex scam that I have seen evolve in multiple ways from Real Estate, to Charity, to Lead Generation across multiple industries. BUYER - AND SELLER - BEWARE!

Canadian Group of so called one call closers

#2UPDATE Employee

This group has represented itself as closers for business clients and the rality is that they tried to sell anything and everything to get businesses money. When we realized this we cut away from them and now this is what they do as they contact companies and tell them what they can deliver which is more clients than collect the fees yet the clients have nothing as what was discussed or sold from them. Most of them are overseas so they don't care and when we pulled the fees from them they post this to extort or try to extort from honest businesses.
