Zone Communications - Relevant Yellow Zone Communications Internet marketing scam lies about search engine placement ripoff Temecula California
Zone Communications guarantees their clients the top 2 out of 3 placements on the local search engines just below the sponsored results. We later found out they don't even do the work. Relevant Yellow does the work for them and I was told Zone Communications isn't supposed to use the word guarantee because it is impossible. Zone Communications said they had deals with the top locals like Yahoo and Google and were able to sell placement in the top three spots. This is a pure lie. No one can sell those spots. Relevant Yellow through optimization would try to get their clients in those spots. After four months we don't show up at all.
Their management will not acknowledge how we were sold and refuse to refund our money. One of their representatives hung up on me simply because I was upset at the results and wanted a refund.
This company is committing fraud by selling a service they knowingly cannot deliver. I hope they are brought to justice.
