I should have checked out this company before making a purchase. I accidentally purchased additional software that I had not intended too. When I called to try to correct this error, I was only able to leave a message. I then tried to install and run the software and could not get it to run. I could not reach anyone for support.
I decided then to check out the company and saw many complaints. That is when I called back with specific instructions to cancel my order. Once again I had to leave a message. They never returned my calls.
They charged my card anyway, so I called to correct the error. This time I did reach a person who with anger quickly denied that I called. She would hardly let me even explain what happened. I was shocked at the immediate response of simply saying I was a liar. She wouldn't even let me respond.
She angrily said she would credit back part of the amount, but $6.95 was non-refundable.
