Zynga overcharged my bank card on a fake poker chips transaction. I called zynga by telephone and they said they would sent the complaint ticket number to their higher ups and that I would get a response within 48 hours, I also emailed customer service on their website the screen shots of both my bank statement of the overcharge and the screen shot of the transaction e-mail of the original purchase.
I received the email response within 48 hours. They said that the transaction never happened. They kept the overcharge amount and then blocked me from purchasing.
They took my money!
