I tried to purchase $5 worth of yo dollars from yoville.com. I received a confirmation email stating that I had purchased $50 worth of yo dollars. I immediately contacted zinga and told them that there was a mistake.
A couple of days later, there was a charge for two $5 purchases on my credit card account. Obviously, there is something wrong with there system. I told them that it wasn't as bad as I originally thought and that they only needed to refund me one $5 purchase. I never heard back from them.
A week later, they charged my account two more times. One charge was for $5 and the other for $50. Neither charge was authorized. I have contacted them many times and they have yet to respond.
