As a long time Social gamer I have earned gaming rewards through Zynga in a game called Mafia Wars. These Reward Points would otherwise have to be purchased from Zynga. being a daily gamer I have a accurate account of what I use durring my game play and have noticed the occasional loss of a few Reward Points here and there and never thought anything of it.

This has changed when the loss of 370+ RPs went missing from my account ( RPs which otherwise would have to be purchased from Zynga). After contacting Zynga customer support numerous times in regards to this incident, Zynga has in 1 e-mail told me they can not verify that the Reward Points were there and in another e-mail they are stating the Rps were used in Game play. In either case they were not used by me all at one time and each response I receive Zynga contradicts themselves in regards to the whereabouts of these RPs.

They have stated in 1 message that they can verify where ever any RPs are used durring game play and in another state they are unable to verify the loss of the Points. With millions of daily users of Zyngas on line games, how many people experience the loss of just a few (earned or purchased) RPs let alone those that are scammed out of many on a daily basis? Weather or not these RPs are earned or purchased are they not of the same value?

This is happening to many people on a daily basis and players are at the mercy of Zyngas corrupt actions with no recourse of action. Zyngas current pricing to purchase Reward Points for this game are $3.69 per 21 RPs...thats roughly $.18 cents per RP and approx $ 66.50 worth of RPs that Zynga has scammed. manipulated and stolen from just MY acct.  Something has to be done about this type of freaud/theft. How much of this type of action goes on in a daily basis?

Are those points redeemable (reverse) to cash? If not, you may need to look at their ToS about the reward point. I am not sure but have a feeling that they have a clause regarding the way they manipulate it. Also, could it be "expired" as well? Just a thought.
