Holland American Line Virus on Statendam delayed flight made 14 day cruise impossible will not refund for all cost/injuries Seattle Washington
We paid Holland Line $8,189.98 for a 14 day cruise. HAL placed us on the Statendam with a highly contagious virus, late, without our luggage and with its platinum insurance we are recovering less than 20% of our total cost. See www.mybadcruise.com for document proof.
