I Bought 2 go karts. 1 is shipped but I still have to receive it, the other one I'm still waiting to be shipping. Soem story that they could not be shipped together, strange.
They offered me a refund, but still did not receive anything despite several promisses.

My son ordered 150 enamelware coffee mugs to be printed on with his wedding date and a picture as gifts for his wedding guests. This was after many emails and much to-ing and fro-ing with the company rep, Erica Yang.
He sent the artwork and US$200.
