Direct Merchants Bank - You will NEVER pay off their credit cards!
I received my credit card at Direct Merchants Bank 4 years ago. My credit limit was $1,500 which I did use. To make a long story short, no matter how much money I give them per month, they always credit my account for the over limit fee and late fee.
