I followed all instructions to the letter. I even peeled off the serial number sticker from my memory chip, even when it said Warranty void if removed, because I wanted to be sure to follow all instructions.

Onrebate.com, Tigerdirect, Ultra Products email me asking for upc and proof of purchase,I sent it in already, seems like they just dont want to issue the check Miami Florida

I am getting an email to go to website and print the rebate form and send it again with upc and proof of purchase.They already have it.
