Citi Financial And Citi Mortgage Trying to sell a house in Short Sale is No Short Process. Lost at least 6 offers while Citi changes who is in charge. Now, more than 7 months later with 3 buyers waiting to hear if their offers are accepted or not Citi says We did not know the loan was not insured, not sure we can do this! Seller says was paying mortgage insurance with his payment. And that he was instructed Citi to move out Baltimore Maryland
