T-Mobile / First Collections $200 cancellation fee imposed when my contract was complete. Kansas
After having terrible service from T-Mobile for almost 3 years, we decided to switch carriers.
Since our service contract was up, I was amazed that they billed me for a $200 disconnect fee. When I spoke to them about this, they said they would take care of it.
Next thing I know ...
