Joshua says he is a private lender and do not charge any upfront fees, sent me his CA DL , but his email says name is frank collins. he want all your information and you never get loan.

The lead person for the loan was Joshua Shane Werhane. He claimed to work for Bank of America. Found out he DOES NOT!
He then referred me to Kelvin Lee, the Private Lender. That was also false. He claimed to have his loan funds at Bank of America there. Again, I have a relationship ...
