I purchase an across the body leather Cadence Light grey purse for approx. $168.00 which in a very short time one of the snaps fell off, I returned it to the Oconnors Store in East Tawas, MI where I purchased it. The store allowed me to return it as they said they would get in touch with Bed Stu and have them either fix it or send a new one. After a few weeks I inquired at the store who told me, "they had made several attempts to contact the Co. Bed Stu and that Bed Stu would Not retuen their call. I purcahse another white Cadence for $186.00 and within 2 hours of purchase a snap fell off again. I decided since the store was unsuccessful in contacting the co. that I would try. 

I spoke to Sandi D. at Bed Stu who told me to take photos and return the purses and that they would send new ones. I then returned them which cost me $17.75 via USPS insured pkg. USPS confirmed the pkg was delivered on 11/15/2021 at 13:50pm however Bed Stu denies this. 

As far as I am concerned, they are a BIG RIP OFF, their product is LAME and their Customer service is NON EXISTENT! They should be held accountable for their less than optimal Customer Service!

Understand this, BedStu's Customer Service is NON existent! 

Oconnors in East Tawas, MI is a high end retail store who attempted to contact BedStu for weeks without a return call or communication! This in my opinion is NOT how one is to conduct business in this country!

That is why the goods were sent back by me. 

You abviously received them according to USPS they were delivered to your door. I have already filed a claim with USPS so they will be knocking on your door any minute now. Good Luck!! 

Remember this Sandi, KARMA is going to get you! KARMA does not discriminate! You stole my purses and you know what you did!

You can write your own rebuttal all you want, the facts remain the same. My two purses were delivered to the address I was given by you! You have them, I paid to have them shipped back, there was no mention of shipping or label ext. I have all the communications we had which have been turned over to my legal counsil. Again, good Luck you are going to need it!

I read the report fully and as a deadfast BedStu customer I can tell you there several problems with that report. 1. The person did not buy the purses directly from BedStu.

2. The store Oconnors should have refunded or taken care of this issue

3. I own 34 Cadence purses in different colors, they dont have snaps on them, so Im not sure what the consumer is talking about.

4. I have personally dealt with SANDI D at BedStu numerous times and she is always very nice and willing to go out of her way to help a customer.

5. BedStu would NEVER have you return the merchandise to them if you purchased at another store. The other store would contact BedStu and handle it.

6. I have never paid to ship returns back to BedStu. They ALWAYS provide a prepaid shipping label for products purchased on their website. 

7. I guarentee they did not have the customer send anything to them USPS. They use FEDEX

I do not believe the complaint should be listed on this site as a ripoff. I can attest i have never had a problem with any of my purchases from them.

I personally own:

34 full size purse

32 cadence

47 shoes and sandals ALL BEDSTU

If there is a problem with your purchase, take it back to the store you bought it at, but dont smear Sandi, shes a wonderful person.
