I purchased a phOne due to loosing mine . I then found the phone and called and cancelled the same day. I was informed it will be placed back in my account. I then found out that they still took funds and are now telling me it will be 10 to 15 days before they will place the fu nds back on my account and each time I call they are rude and disrespectful. This is what happens when a compnay is based outside the US they believe they do not have to follow US rules and regulations based on customer service. I will continue to write these blogs every where I can.  Do not trust them as they will never follow through.

Where are the U.S. Laws which govern "customer service"? Feel free to cite the appropriate sections of U. S. Code.
