Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

This company affiliated themselves as a strategic partner of USRD, which upon a simple search, you'll find they scammed many individuals of money ranging from $12,000 - $100,000.  They prey upon non-suspecting individuals and try to get them to invest six figures into a project by a fraudulent company called USRD, claiming they will be building high speed railways down the east coast.

They have plans, contracts, fraudulent attorneys, and a list of very high powered business people that make the project look legit.  Their involvement as a strategic partner for this fraudulent venture proves that you should NOT do any business with this company or it's individuals.  After speaking with them several times, they claimed that the project was 100% happening and that my family would see a return on our investment.

They cited very high powered real estate companies and some of the top realtors in the area that will be involved.  They had the founder, nick Khamsopa, use high pressured sales tactics to make it seem urgent that we invest.  They even used "take away" method saying if my husband and I did not invest now, it's no big deal but that we would be missing out on 7 figure returns.

After my attorney reviewed the contract, he said it looked risky but legit based on the law firm that drafted the agreement.  This company is not to be trusted in any format as they will scam you.  Thieves like this, nick and antoinette khamsopa, are the true evil of this world.  It is a shock to me that they are not (yet) in jail for what they have done.
