Employees are super rude and uncooperative. Absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waterfront Operations Manager at City of Deerfield Beach fakes it to make it. He instructs the employees to call 911 if customer expresses any kind of rebuttal.
Parking lots are a total scam. They trick you to find parking then have different contractors involved in the collection of parking fees. Vehicles are towed on a regular basis with no explanations. Fines are mailed via mail and fees are compounded for late payments.
Its run like a prison once you enter they are constantly watching the cameras to report you for any kind of violation to cash in on your hard earned money
The staff hate the customers and act annoyed with every single interaction. The pier personall in bait and tackle shop entry point are not held accountable for anything they do. The pier is filthy dont go there at night. The huge palmetto roaches are infested in the deck and will attack you. REALLY GROSS.
BE very careful rules are strict they are quick to throw people in jail for anything they can get you for. Staff does not know/understand federal, state, or city ordinances and is extremely rude. The staff threaten you as a visitor and you are in danger here.
