First, I am a medically approved customer.  Second, we are in a worldwide pandemic and money is tight for everyone.  I put through an order on your website on 4/14.  The order included $30 for shipping which I was happy to pay for.  I was then informed that I needed to insure my own order for MORE than what it's worth, $279,  and that I would have most of it refunded, which makes no sense.  Needless to say, I refused and asked for my money back. 

Obviously, if there is an additional charge, then include it up front, otherwise it's a clear bait and switch and not consumer friendly.  All of this was done over text from two different companies - 720-336-1762 and 803-258-0043.  I paid originally through Zelle to a "Carlos Fountain" Confirmation: 196d80df3.   I have sent numerous texts to the number listed on your website with no response.  I got lots of responses when you tried to collect the $279! 

I have sent numerous messages through the chat feature on your site and have similarly been ignored.  I have since been made aware of an exact situation that happened to someone else here: https://www.ripoffreport.com/report/diligentcannabisshopdotcom/aurora-gerryeastongmaildotcom-1493838 The person I chatted with through text denied it and yet IT IS HAPPENING TO ME regardless.   I haven't received the product I ordered.  I haven't received the refund.  I haven't received a single response back about it.  I did this transaction through Bank of America through Zelle and I promise you, if I don't here back today and receive my money back, they will conduct an investigation.    

IF I'm in the middle of being ripped off in such a trying time, like the aformentioned customer was, I also promise you, I will make sure the world knows about what is going on with diligent cannabis shop and justice will be served.     If this is simply an oversight, I'm willing to overlook it.  Please let me know how we can rectify this situation.   Mark   WHOIS search results Domain Name: diligentcannabisshop.com
