This concern is further substantiated by the public record of lawsuits filed against them by both individual parties and FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). As per the FINRA site, there was no R. M. Stark listed for discipline actions. Arturo was listed as being with Premium 72 Capital with no actions against him or the firm.
