I purcahsed an electronic part for my BMW via Amazon.  

 

Received the part timely and everything looked good.  Installed the part and it worked less than an hour.  Purchased the replacement part from the dealor now the issue completely fixed.

Attempted to use their 1 year warranty.  There is NO way to contact them outside Amazon.  They won't respond other than through Amazon and only want me to correct my rating of them.  See poorly written email from the below.

Thanks for your reply,sorry for any inconvenience,for the defective provduct,there is no need to send it back,we just need to know how it can not work and is it work for a while since this order one sep 4 2018,we wold like to make a refund without return,since return defective product may take return shipping cost and your time,for your benefit,a refund will be send after get the reason so that i can make a record for this order and apply a refund soon,hope your warmest understanding,meanwhile,we notice that a 1 star feedback from this order ,could you please canle this 1 star feedback,i will do my best to resolve this problem,thanks a lot,look forward to hear from you soon
