Earth Science Tech ETST Ripped off my marketing company for over $10,000 worth of work! Did not pay. Lying Cheating Con Artists Doral Florida
Around a month ago I started working with ETST a CBD Oil Company, after sending them an email and asking them if they would like to get more online sales. In order to do this, we need to create a new website that loaded faster and converted better. We agreed on $500 as a courtesy, in lieu of making the site better so we could obtain the maximum amount of conversions.
We also created them a marketing campaign to sell their product at an introductory offer and got over 100 customers in just under a month for the business. We incorporated an affiliate program ( a program that pays other websites for sending traffic that results in sales).
They never paid for anything, a check was supposedly mailed to my old address. And I gave the new address later on March 18th nothing was ever sent. I kept being told it's in the mail but it never shows up.
I also for free made content updates to their website, also in lieu of making the website the best it can be to obtain maximum conversions.
Later, Nick, the CEO asked me to write up a marketing plan so he could get funding. I refused to do this as I already put in tons of effort and invested my companies time and money up front to get their website operational.
Because I wouldn't write them a marketing plan, so they can get funding, until I received my check. They removed my access to the website that I created for them which is my companies intellectual property.
This company doesn't even have a credit or debit card on file. They are in receivership due to judgment on their company, and I'll be contacting my lawyer to place another judgment on them for damages.
Horrible company, all they want to do is take take take and expect things to be done for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.
Not to mention their CBD oil has pesticides in it and is not organic.
This company is horrible and I hope they get a new CEO and their business practices improve. You can't just go demanding people do things for you for free. Life just doesn't work like that.
