Quality went way down -- books used to be thick & have a lot of variety. Last year was about 1/3 the size of previous years & nothing useful in it any more for our area. Entertainment.com refuses to refund money. Credit card sided with them because the company gave them "proof" that we ordered the book!

Now see that there are lots of people who were unhappy with the horrible quality of the book. But also are a lot of people who have their businesses being put in to the books & those poor people have others mad at them for not honoring coupons they did not order to be placed in those books. The company needs a class-action lawsuit to stop this form of theft!
