express oil change fairfield alabama they did not fix my heater on my car fairfield alabama
when i had my oil changed at the fairfield alabama express oil change i mentioned i was having heat issues; i was given an estimate of what it would cost to fix my heat. so when i went back to have my heat fixed they installed a new heater core. when i pulled off no heat. when i called back to report this i was asked to come back; they kept me there for hours to install a new thermometer and another part plus a radiator flush. after all this i still had no heat and was asked to come back a third time for a final flush but by then i no longer trusted them and i could not understand why i was having to keep coming back to get my heat fixed.
i went to another shop to get a second opinion; the second shop showed me how they had cracked my timing chain cover so my car was worse off than before i took it to that shop. so i got in touch with the better business bureau to complain; the better business bureau did nothing about it taking express oil change's side. then i complain to the attorney general's office who also took express oil change's side and suggested i get a lawyer and sue them. i don't have the money to pay a lawyer so i am stuck. this company took no responsibility for messing up my car and told the offices i contacted some other shop had messed up my car. it seems like all an ordinary regular joe like me can do is report them and try not to let anyone else be messed over by this company.
