In November 2020, I ordered a 3 piece bed set for my daughter for Christmas. First strike was sending me wrong tracking that said my order got delivered in another state. Second strike was rude and condescending correspondence from them.
Third and final strike was today when our item arrived it was not a 3 piece ($50) bed set, but a small lap sized throw. I have emailed them and don't expect more than a rude response and refusal to make it right.
