We have been dealing with this company for months, getting nowhere.  We bought a $1000 smart toilet from them with a 2 year warranty that showed up with a cracked seat.  They tried to make us pay for the shipping for the replacement part from China-- $150.  After leaving negative reviews, they finally agreed (after 5 weeks) to send the replacement seat at their expense in return for removing a negative review on Amazon.  We reluctantly agreed, then paid a plumber to install the toilet.  It does not work, IT JUST BEEPS!  They have offered no support since, other than advising us to unplug it to reboot it, which of course has no effect.  Though they eventually agreed to send a replacement toilet, they will only do so upon removal of the negative review.  We updated our review to say they were working with us and upgraded their stars on good faith.  They are still trying to extort a removal of the review from us in exchange for the toilet.  If they send us a working toilet, we will be thrilled to update and remove our review.  

This company has no customer service department, only a single phone number for text exchanges in clearly broken English.  Make no mistake, despite the name this is not a company located in the United States.  They post no U.S. address, they have a single phone number which just rings then goes to voice mail.  It is not an 800 number, and their only communication is via text from that number.  The communication often does not occur during regular U.S. business hours.  Their packages come directly from China,  They are a fraud.  

After we looked into them further, we saw many people with similar experiences on Amazon.  Our next move is to report them to the CFPB.
