I ordered some products from Health Alert as I have been receiving Dr West news letters for a couple of years and felt confident in placing an order. I placed a 270.00 order.
When the products arrived, 4 of the items did not have safety wrap around them, so I called the company to request a return or exhange. I was told that is the way they are sent which is unbelievable in this day and time with the type of tampering going on in the world. This was a reasonable request I thought.
I was told I would have to pay a 15% return fee (and probably postage) and they told me I could never order from this company again because I might be dissatisfied.
What company does that? I have ordered from many companies throughout my years but this is the first time i wanted to return something that I was told I could not order again.
This is a safety issue and think it needs to be addressed, who knows who sprayed stuff in their throat before it came to me, it had no safety wrap, 2 of the bottles had wrap on the cap but it was not attached to the bottle.
The rep also told me the wound care would not of left the office without a little foil peice , mine had none. It was opened.
I would like to get money back on my whole purchase now but dont think that will happen. This was well within the 30 days with out paying a 15 percent restocking fee.
Buyer beware they dont safety wrap their products , except for standard process items. Things like throat spray , no wrap open nozzle for anyone to put in their throat before it gets to you. They think its normal to send it this way.
