hotels.com hotels.com should be prosecuted for fraud. First Off - they don't offer real customer service. The agents that answer the phone can't offer any real solutions. It's a mockery of the term customer service. I don't understand how they are not prosecuted with fraud. Be aware - It doesn't really matter what hotel room you book or what class, you can be assigned any room or any class and you will still pay the same rate!
If you book a suite, oceanview, or whatever other scams upgrade they offer, they are not obligated to honor it. Booked a suite in a hotel room, they assigned me at check-in a standard room. Long story short - 7 different phone calls, 2 different chats, and everything else that you can possibly think of to get through to a human there, and here is the response I got. United States
