The Reps in the supposed consumer protection office of the Atty General office are NOT Professional in the least. They know the Crooked Business, They Harassed me and said I supposedly did Not give them my Full name, they Also Falsely accused me and LIED, and said I had Not given them other information when AGAIN NOTHING COULD BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH.

I asked the Rep to have their Supervisor follow-up, which they Repeatedly Refused to do. Due to the Fact the consumer protection office never got back to me Repeatedly, I followed up with the main folks in the Main attorney general's office because their supposed consumer protection division wasn't handeling matters in a prompt professional fashion, or at all for that matter.

No one got back to me there. I went in person and asked for an appointment since they Repeatedly Neglected and Failed to get back to my phone calls and E mails, and They never got back to me on that either. Then the SAME Incompetent Abusive Unprofessional Rep in the supposed consumer protection office sent me a form the next day, WHICH I HAD ALREADY FILLED OUT AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME ON. Their own form says that ppl can send them E mails - Not just rely on the form.

I have asked the Rep's Full name (not just initials, and Not all the E mails I got were signed) and who they answered to and they Repeatedly Refused to provide that simple information. The form the Rep sent me, WHICH I ALREADY FILLED OUT, said that if I had any questions to let her know BUT OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE AN INTEGRITY PROBLEM AS YOU ASK THEM A QUESTION AND THEY DON'T GET BACK TO PPL. The Business I reported - the President is a commissioner in the county where his business is and he is ABUSING his position of Public Trust and Public Monies to benefit himself personally and his business.

THE ATTY GENERAL'S OFFICE HAS BEEN PART OF THE PROBLEM, NOT PART OF THE SOLUTION. THEY DON'T GET BACK TO SOUTH DAKOTA CONSUMERS IN A PROMPT PROFESSIONAL FASHION. OR AT ALL FOR THAT MATTER. THIS IS A PUBLIC CORRUPTION ISSUE, AND THE REPS IN THE SUPPOSED CONSUMER PROTECTION OFFICE AND THE CHIEF OF STAFF TIM, AND THE ASSISTANT U.S. ATTORNEY MR. MAHER SHOULD BE FIRED. THEY ARE NOT PERFORMING THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THEIR JOB AND ARE NOT REPRESENTING THE OFFICE IN A RESPONSIBLE PROFESSIONAL FASHION. AND OBVIOUSLY THEY SHOULDN'T BE USING THEIR POSITIONS OF PUBLIC TRUST AND PUBLIC MONEY TO BULLY AND HARASS THE PUBLIC AND ENGAGE IN BIZARRE UN-AMERICAN HARASSMENT CAMPAIGNS AGAINST INNOCENT CONSUMERS WHO SIMPLY EXPECT PEOPLE TO PERFORM THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THEIR JOB. THEY MALICIOUSLY RETALIATE AGAINST CONSUMERS WHO REPORT THEIR ABUSE, INCOMPETENCE AND UNPROFESSIONALISM.
