I missed one of my appointments, due to a major car accident, where my car was TOTALED. I went to the hospital and actually emailed their office that I was three miles away from them, when the accident occurred.

Since the accident, I moved out of town and shortly thereafter, I kept getting a bill for $20.00 for missing the appointment. I WAS IN SHOCK!! Kristen seemed very kind and empathetic in person, but clearly that is not the case. I chose to ignore the $20.00 fee given the circumstances.

Here we are a few years later and I just found out that Kristen sent the $20 bill to a....way for it...COLLECTIONS AGENCY. All during a COVID PANDEMIC. Again, she is horribly GREEDY, as why would any COMPASSIONATE PERSON charge someone a late fee after they totaled their car.

I have chosen to FIGHT this and am telling ALL of my 1.2 MILLION TWITTER FOLLOWERS NOT TO USE her services. During a Worldwide Pandemic, we need people with Compassion, Hope and Empathy. Clearly Kristen Bohnet and her staff do not measure up.

- Your statement just a few sentences earlier would answer that....

You stated this happened years ago so the Pandemic has NOTHING to do with this. By your own words this has to do with you ignoring the fee because you didn't feel like you should have had to pay it. You have 1.2 Million Followers on Twitter and are worried about a $20 cancellation fee?

Oh and when you do tell your 1.2 Million Followers, please post that link here.

If you don't post the link, at least come up with an original excuse.  The excuses such as you want to keep this private, or it's none of our business isn't going to work.  Because someone with 1.2 MIllion Followers has no problem with the public, and you posted this on a PUBLIC web site making it "our"(the public's) business.

If a bill for $20 caused you enough emotional disturbance to put you into shock then you have more serious issues.

You stated that this occurred years ago so the pandemic has nothing to do with it.

$20 is a very low price to pay for a missed appointment. Pay your d**n bill.
