Nfinity Athletic Refund refusal for poorly made bag Atlanta GA

Several years ago I purchased one of their backpacks and within two weeks it started to rip and tear at the zipper. This was with very light use. They did replace the bag however, within two weeks the new bag began to tear at the zipper. I just purchased a brand new bag from them and didn't realize that they have a no returns policy and only a 30 day warranty. I contacted them via email and they refuse to give me a refund because of their no returns policy. I think this is very poor customer service and now I am out almost $100 for a very cheaply made bag.
