Pennie Priskos Yiota Priskos Yiota "Pennie" Priskos did over 10k in damages to my rental property

I urge you to think long and hard before renting to Yiota "Pennie" Priskos. Not only did she fail to pay rent in 2020, but she also caused well over $10,000 in damages to my home in Moreno Valley, CA. Every single window in the house was broken- every single one. Every door was destroyed- each an every interior door had to be replaced.
The bathroom sink had to be replaced, the tub had to be reglazed because of the filth she left. She ripped out the backsplash in the kitchen. The kitchen also had mold issues because apparently, this mental giant thought that hosing down kitchen cabinets with a garden hose was a wise decision. Towel racks and toilet paper dispensers were ripped out, and she left my house filled with garbage. The garage door was also broken.
She also decided to move out and leave her three huskies on the property. I ended up having to find homes for the poor things, who incidentally destroyed my backyard.
I reached out to the Moreno Valley Police department who sent me a report of all the times the police had been out to my property- serving warrants for drugs/other illegal activities, keeping the peace, child welfare, and there was a drug raid on my property while she lived there.
