Do not use Phillip Hoctor AKA Hoctor and Sons or Mirage Custom Homes LLC. This contractor will rip you off. All he does is lie about what he is going to do, he does not complete any of the work and charges up front. I have been waiting over a month to have my shower remodeled. Phillip said it would only take a week and now I have to get another contractor to finish what he started because he couldnt finish the job. Run from this company and from Phillip Hoctor. He should have his license removed.
