Homeless vet living out of my car trying to get benefits. Use the restrooms at porter because I don't have access to many public restrooms. And thanks to I-300 getting shot down my options continue to remain limited.

Utilize the bathroom to clean up and breathe for minute. And for that, the staff talk about wanting a restraining order. Never mind the fact that I have been a patient here on occasion for cardiology and the services have been as lackluster as their rating.

I have even slept in the lobby a few times this past winter when the weather was to dangerous to sleep in. The only decent experience was one of the security guards asking me what I was always doing here; and when I told him I was just trying to stay out of the cold, he just nodded and said, "okay." And kept walking. That was the only decent experience.

A these idiots want a f*cking restraining order....for using a bathroom and staying out of the cold. Seriously?

Y’all might want to be more careful, accidents happen all the time, I would hate to see something bad happen. And to think, all that-for a restroom. Best wishes!

And on top of the sh*t mentioned in my previous review, I'm the one that gets singled out and profiled for everything just for being homeless. Using an extra chair when ten other people can conveniently give up theirs? As if I have a sign on my forehead? When the sign you were reading was actually plain English for "Back Off!!" Maybe next time youll learn to read, wont y'all?

Just to add, I took all of my complaints up with the manager of the place and asked her whats going to change about it. And the only convenient thing she had to say was, "the issue has been discussed with the staff and we have addressed the issue." Yet, they conveniently skipped out on even issuing and apology or reassurance that it wouldn't happen again. And think just saying "we have addressed it," is really enough. And this is how my tax dollars are being spent?

On employees who think they don't have to answer to their patrons? Someones about to find out the hard way just how the cookie actually crumbles. And then you'll be seeing them cry fowl and act stupid claiming they were ignorant to everything. And then, they'll act wounded after getting my foot shoved up their a*s. And only then, will the light switch in the brain turn on and actually start working.
