To obtain complimentary or discounted Trulicity, I contacted Prescription Lifeline. I was informed I had been accepted. I submitted all the necessary data for the application, including the financial and insurance details. They withdrew 119 dollars from my bank account—69 dollars plus a $50 service fee in July, followed by 69 more dollars on January 10, 2023. Then the manufacturer, Lilly, sent me a letter denying it. Then in February, I contacted them to inform them that I had been denied, and they said they would apply again. Then they charged me again in March.
