The owner name is ERIC FABIAN make sure to have that name clear once you hire any company which is run by him.
Eric Fabian is a really nice person, he will answer all of your questions and in general is a kind person.
Once you hire them you have to be really careful, Eric Fabian and his team will lie to you, they will promise good work, but you get a really low quality work, he will leave the place dirty and do really bad job.
Now thats just when they do 10% of the work,.
He pushes a lot for payments, the surprise is that he tells you he did a bunch of stuff and once you visit the property nothing, NOTHING has been done, maybe 4 tiles were put, is all a lie, once you ask him whats going he will promise you he will complete it and invent excuses, after one week, two weeks goes by and you go and check again, you will be surprised nothing again done.
You then ask him for the money back, he will promise you a refund, he will promise you everything and is all a lie, he will not refund you the money, you then keep asking him for the money and he says to give him weeks for the refund because he needs to complete some jobs to refund, it means that he uses your money to complete other people jobs ( if thats true ) what type of professional is this.
At the end no work, no money, no refund, a bunch of lies via texts.
DO not lose your money, there is a lot of good people out there, find someone else. Dont lose your money.
