1729 Reality Corp Barry Frenkel Rented me a store front with tons of issues Brooklyn New York
Hello,
Please refrain from doing business with this company.. They are a FRAUD company.
I rented a store located in West New York, NJ. Barry and his dad who are my landlords, conned me into getting this store. They wouldn't allow me to get a full inspection on this store. I was able to get an HVAC company to come in to make sure the Air conditioner was in working condition. I was told the HVAC had some issues and would need to be replaced.
My landlord who is Barry said no one else was able to come to the building to do any inspections. He mentioned he would get everything fixed before I took ownership. NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Before I took over the building I noticed there were leaks in the building and leaks in the basement. As per lease agreement all the issues that I just listed were supposed to be completed prior to my move-in date.
NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I called my landlord several times and sent him texts about these issues, he refused to help me (although it was listed in my lease that he needs to have all the repairs fixed and in working condition). The leaks have caused me to lose inventory and customers as it rains inside the store.
This store has been open only 2 months and it has caused more heartache than anything else. Mattress firm owned this store prior to me and they had the same issues that I have, they winded up moving out due to the repairs needed in this building. beware of this company.
