Rentproductsonline.com RPO Never shipped machine I paid in full for and received email they would refund in paypal 5 and half months from now Lake Worth Florida
I purchased a Bissell Carpet Cleaner from this company on May 29th 2020 and they listed it as a 2-4 week ship date at the outside. After 4 weeks I asked them to just get a refund and they emailed that it would be refunded within 3-5 days by check. After never receiving said check I emailed again and got a response today (Aug 6th 2020) that they will refund the money but only through paypal and it will be January 28th 2020.
I will not ever do business with them again and I strongly urge no one to ever do business with them. I have been in business 35 years and I have never heard such a thing, ever! I will be posting on any social media site as well telling all about this company and the way they handle issues. I have every communication and email from them as proof.
It's a simp[le $280 deal and if they can't refund that, they don't have the reserves to to be a viable business and shouldn't be advertsiing online.
