Roadpost.com sold an incompatible plan Via the telephone. I called roadpost to purchase a plan because I was in a remote location with no internet. After discussing how I would be using the Satphone (weather data) the sales person up-sold me on a plan that was more expensive and had a 6 month contract. Upon commencing to use the plan I noticed I was being charged for all the data I used. When contacting customer support, I discovered the plan had zero minutes of data included- which was my only need of a satphone plan. After much back and forth with customer service they offered to cancel the plan early for a fee of 50% of the total plan cost. They would not discuss any further and refused to accept I was sold the wrong plan. It is my opinion they knowingly sold me an incompatible plan so they could lock  me in for 6 months. Shame on Roadpost. In addition when si attempted to escalate this to a customer service manager, they stopped communication. Do not go to Roadpost for your satphone needs, there are better options!
