I agree that there were problems with contacting them however I have been a member since 2005.
Their reports were fantastic for picking winners and combos so I have no issue with the company other than they are not responsive to their customers.
The site has not been updated since March 9th, 2019. I have tried to contact them via email (rejected due to mail box full). I called the number from PayPal and it has been disconnected.
I just wish to find out where they have gone so I can get the reports.
Very satisfied, but worried user of reports from this vendor.
I am frustrated but just want to know what is going on.
