Our fabric dyeing business in NYC provides custom fabric dyeing services for fashion designers. After each order is completed, we review the work with our customer to ensure they are pleased with the outcome. Once they confirm receipt of quality goods they sign a document confirming the work is approved and in their possession.

Cindy, the owner of Third by Cee, used our fabric dyeing service three times over the course of one week and signed these documents each time she picked up her fabric. We made sure to be extra thorough with Cindy from Third by Cee due to word in the fashion industry about her unethical business practices. The last time she picked her order in our office she tried to take the package without paying for it, which forced us to call the police.

It is all on film thanks to our security cameras. Our entire company watched the video and were dumbfounded by her behavior. After this incident she disputed all payments made to us with her credit card company, therefore, this is a case of theft of services. She used our services, confirmed the work was good, and then disputed the charges. A lawsuit will be filed against her and her company. We have video and several signed documents to support our case.

On one occasion she asked us to call her fabric supplier saying their fabric was poor quality, which I disagreed with. The person I spoke with also made some comments about her strange behavior. At this point I had already come to that conclusion. Cindy from Third by Cee certainly seems to rub people the wrong way.

We are not the first business she has victimized. Her Facebook page has a nearly identical story from a messenger company she used and never paid.

Keep in mind, if you buy something from her website, you may be buying something she didn't pay for.

In my opinion, Cindy from Third by Cee is a shady character with zero morals. I do not want her anywhere near me, except in court.

We used Metro dyeing service to dye our goods.

Before using them, we confirmed prices and due dates for a few jobs we wanted them to do. Once that was approved we went ahead with the job. While waiting for our first job to be ready, we dropped off another dye job.

When we followed up on our first job, as the due date was approaching, they came back saying they never promised that time frame, and thus did not deliver as promised. We took the goods back to our place, and noticed the dyeing was off. When approaching them about it, they refused to correct it. It gets better! the second job they decided to charge us 3x the amount they first quoted. We also had another fabric shipped overnight from Italy to be dyed.

when they saw we were dissatisfied with their service they refused to dye that fabric (which was fine, we did not want to use them after the first two experiences) however, they refused to return the fabric to us! They even called the police on us when we came to retrieve the fabric, saying we were on private property,when we were just there to get back our fabric which was rightfully ours.

Metro dying has a sign at their location, stating they are a top rated business by the BBB, we believe this is 100% false advertising. This is based on our experience, and the experience of many others. We used another dyer after the negative experience at metro dying. we were telling that dyer we are coming from a negative experiencing, without mentioning their name. Without missing a beat that dyer asked, "are you coming from metro dying? i get complaints from customers about them all the time" so we are not the only customers being treated this way, and having money and our goods stolen from us. There is no way they should be allowed to advertise top notch business practice when they are one of the worst businesses out there.
