Top Local Maids Corp. Juliana Extremely poor customer service Toplocalmaids.com
Top Local Maids has extremely poor customer service! Due to their lack of communication my disabled mother was unable to receive her cleaning services! When I reached out to Juliana she was extremely rude and would not even let me speak, I did not want to reschedule because I don’t do business with companies like Top Local Maids that treat their customers that way!
After a few days I received an email stating I was getting a refund for my deposit which I never got! When I inquired about it I was told the email got sent to me by mistake and I was not getting my refund! I feel people need to be warned about companies like Top Local Maids there were several complaints by other customers of the exact same thing.
Top Local Maids take a deposit to make the appointment give you the runaround when it comes to making the appointments and I have found that several people other than myself lost a lot of money to their company!
