The Touchdown Store Ordered multiple items in November 2018 and the special was Took payment for shipping but never shipped the items.

Promo was free items with paid for shipping of $14.99.  They took my money and never sent my items.  I emailed them after 7 days and they said it would take 10-13 business days.  That was back in November 2018
