Vroom Will not honor warranty Houston Tx
I purchased a 2007 corvette with 17,000 miles in June of 2021. I was assured of a seven to ten day delivery time after the vehicle was paid for. I did not receive the vehicle until 07/27/21. This vehicle includes a three month warranty. The vehicle shift cable broke and I had to pay for this repair out of my own pocket.
The vehicle also has a potentially deadly gasoline leak. I was informed that it was "out of warranty" by two days. Vroom will not repair the vehicle and I was advised that I should "drive it with a fire extinguisher" by the very rude customer service agent.
