The customer called and requested a service call to diagnose her failed water heater. The heater was diagnosed, parts ordered and we collected $125 as quoted for the first visit.
Second visit was scheduled and we returned upon the part arriving at the home. Upon arrival, we were sent away by a male who answered the door.
Recorded phone calls were made to figure out what the situation was. No return calls. We then received the customer’s check back as cancelled. Not sure how this customer sees this as a rip off. The reality is this customer committed a crime, theft of services followed by defamation. Upon contacting the customer, she expressed that she was unaware of this report.
