1st Choice Home Services Groupon Scam Bartlett Tennessee
I called this company to set appointment and they had to set appointment 6 weeks out. They told me I would be contacted a day or two before appointment, but I was never contacted. I called customer service for 1st Choice home services, and was told they should have contacted me because they had to reschedule. I was skeptical of this company and how they do business but allowed them to reschedule the appointment. I emphasized my concern about them not contacting me before the first appointment but was assured that they would call this time before the appointment to narrow down the time a day in advance. They did not call. I called them the morning of the appointment date and asked if I was on their schedule for today and they said someone would be out from 1:00 PM to 8 PM that day and would call to narrow the time. No-one called and no-one showed up. Needless to say I asked for a refund and want to warn people not to use 1st Choice.
