We helped you figure out your problem and now your mad at us! Very ungrateful!
As stated in our Terms & Conditions which you agreed to prior to purchase, it clearly states;
4-Auto Parts, LLC will not be responsible for customer’s error in ordering. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know what he or she is purchasing! &
4-auto Parts will not warranty any electrical item without receiving the original defective customer’s part returned with our part! Electrical items are only guarantee to power on! We do not guarantee any of the functionality of any item because we are unable to test everything and we only guarantee it to power on. Electrical items are exchange only and there are no refunds! Any part that has been altered or tampered with will void warranty and replacement.
The radio you purchased worked pefectly and we didn't do anything to rip you off. You got exactly what you purchased. It's not our fault that you didn't know why your radio didn't work.

ELECTRICAL PARTS ARE EXCHANGE ONLY! ALL RADIOS AND AUDIO EQUIPMENT IS ONLY GUARANTEED TO BE NOT DEAD ON ARRIVAL. ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN ALTERED OR TAMPERED WITH WILL VOID WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT.
